Day 10 ~ Oh, It's A Good Day! - Friday

**I forgot to post this last night...this is for Friday, August, 21st**

DAY 10....I'VE LOST 10 POUNDS!!!!! In 9 full days on this program. I can't wait until Day 14 when I get to take measurements again and see the inches that have been lost! The protocol states that you will lose inches when you aren't losing many pounds. That is exciting too!

Today was the first day that I wasn't hungry and I didn't eat all my food.  It was an awesome day!

Breakfast:  Tea
AM Snack:  None
Lunch:  Cabbage and Beef
PM Snack:  Apple
Dinner:  Chicken and Spinach Salad


  1. Wow this sounds hard and yet so rewarding! I am so over weight! I am only 5 2 and 185lbs. Lets just say my middle is huge! I am going to research this and keep up with how you are doing. I am very interested! Praying for you!
